Animation test: Zombie standing at high angle

Read description.

Flashin, flashin, lights, lights, lights

Some old and honestly, terrible, flash games that I did (READ: Asset replacement. I'm no code jockey. jock itch.)

Soon these will be uploaded to the inteveebs and I'll assign corresponding links to each. Sorry they don't work yet.

NEW BRUSHES!

This week we were assigned to spend three hours in bliss. My first instinct was to get drunk for three hours. Which I did. I went to brothers in Broad Ripple Indy, and drank a pitcher and a half. This was a stupid decision since I had eaten 2 lbs. of Chinese food about an hour prior. I then proceeded to loose $11 in Chinese food to Indianapolis Water Services. Needless to say this wasn't exactly blissful.

The next day was when the blissful part came about. I had a pretty bad hangover, so I decided to draw to give me something else to focus on. That's when I drew the below images.

I haven't really done any art in a while, and I got some new splatter brushes, this is what happened:

GOTTA' CATCH EM' ALL!!!!
TRANSFORM, DAMMIT! Logo 2.0
I also settled on what my final project for this class (Seeing Sideways) is going to be. I am going to make a lifesize cutout of Frank and take it around indy and take pictures with it. Sounds simple I know, but it seems like it could be alot of fun.

A tale of swords and souls, eternally retold...

The assignment was to do something with an egg. This is what I did.

So let me give you the rundown of what's going down here:

I decided that I wanted to do a stop motion animation of an egg as a sperm cell searching for the egg to fertilize it. I stop motioned the whole thing except for the tail, since I couldn't figure out a decent way to animate it without it looking terrible. As such, I chose to shoot the whole thing, throw it into Flash and add the tail on that way. The song is a lullaby version of "Today" by the Smashing Pumpkins. In the end, cell meets other cell, baby is made.

FUCKING STRESS RELIEF

So I should be doing homework, but instead I decided to read the first series of the Umbrella Academy, and now I'm in a superhero-y mood. I also haven't done anything creative in a while of my own volition, and I feel a need to compete with Allen Walton, who is creating things. Plus, I'm stessed as SHIT, which is when I am at my most creative because it relaxes me. So here's my stress relief. Almost better than masturbation.
